A flat trail further out the road that is used by many community members as a place to go picnic, fish, and enjoy wildlife viewing.
Hamilton Trail

One of the closer beaches to town, this beach is accessible from a few different roads that branch out from the main loop north of town. Used by many as a great place to camp, picnic, whale watch, and kayak or paddleboard.
Long Beach

Built and maintained by the forest service, this cabin is reachable by a very muddy trail hike, or by boat at high tide. The cabin is a dry cabin, but has a wood stove inside. A favorite family camping spot as well as a great duck hunting spot.
